I closed my account on the 24 Dec 2015 I asked for a paid up letter on that day and was advised it will be sent After A week no email then I called the callcentre and was advised that it can't be Emailed it will be posted. Waiting amonth now for a letter but two days ago I received a statement. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE DATED THE 12!January... I called the callcentre asking for a manager and the agent advised her manager will phone before 5pm yesterday, no call <br> .I called this morning and asked for a manager and was advised no manager available everyones not in and the agent dropped the line... **** SERVICE.
