COMPLAINT!!!

I was gifted with an Earthchild voucher last year April worth R750.00. I Went shopping this weekend and was told that my gift voucher has expired. However I was given to it as a gift and its only right and fair I get refunded my money. The ladies at the Rosebank and Santon stores called head office and logged my complain and I still haven't received any communication from the ***** Department. Can the ***** department get back at me because honestly this cannot be right. Please do your checks on my gift voucher ( ********** ********** 3), surely you guys should have it on record if i redeemed the money that was loaded on it and I cannot stress this enough I RECEIVED THE GIFT VOUCHER APRIL 2018!!! SO ON MY SIDE THREE YEARS HASN'T LAPSED.

Your sales ladies further told me about earthchild being bought by truworths. I then went to Keeddo where I had a gift voucher as well and they told me that when Cape Union Mart bought keeddo they sent out messages to people with gift cards telling them about the changes and informing those with gift vouchers to use them. However that was NOT the case with Earthchild.

I checked the balance on the card in Menlyn in Decemeber and still your sales consultants said nothing about my card expiring, surely they should have picked that up on the system and adviced me, but o such thing was said all they said is "card balance is R750", two months later my voucher has expired.

Can someone contact me ASAP because this is just ****************!!!
