Complaint

I bought a bag online and order was confirmed through my email. After few days i got an email that the bag was sold out but I was confused because the bag was still online even a day after mine was confirmed. I complained and they said i should order the bag using truwoths account. I don't have an account so should i suffer because i don't have truwoths account.is this how customers with no truwoths account treated based on consumer rights.
