Complaint

I'm a secondary card holder, meaning that the card owner gave truworths my details so i can do purchases on his account, when he is not there.I manage the account very good.My husband is a business person, always busy and i,m the one who make payments and do purchases.I went to Clearwater to make a purchase only to find that the card was blocked. The reason being my last purchase was R3000 and something rands.I have a credit of more than R9000 but if i make a purchase of R3000 the account is blocked. They wanted to speak to the acc holder which is my husband who was not there at that moment. How come do they give us secondary cards whereas they dont trust us.As a secondary card means my spouse gave permission for me to purchase with that card,he knew he will not be available always to come and do shopping with me.
