Complaint

I bought a 2 pack vest for my husband and 2 crew tops for my kids on the 14/06/205 ,the 2 vest was then too big for my husband decided to do a exchange. When I went to Truworths in Adderley street on 17/06/2025 to do the exchange I was told that exchanges cannot be done on vests for hygiene purchase ,I was very furious as it was my first time hearing that you cannot return a vest for hygiene purposes as if I was returning underwear or panties like the lady told me. I fail to understand why you cannot return a vest but can return a simple t-shirt .
