Complaining

I reported that I lost my job on the 27 of September I went in store for them to submit my documents to the the balance protection insurance company that is under truworths now I am recieving call from MBD saying that truworths handed my account over to them I fail to understand why because I have the balance protection insurance so I wonder whether are they going to assist me or not
