Complain

On the 12/08/2021 I bought two dresses at cradlestone,on the 15/08/2021 I returned 1 of the dresses to ilanga mall,I paid with a debit card,until today I havent received my money,I needed to use the money at a different store but I accepted that I can't be given cash,now its day 2 and no communication from truworths.manager(sunnyboy)tried to help but couldnt,I will never buy from truworths ever again,their return policy is not right at all
