Complain

I bought A phone at truworths Zevenwatch Mall it was on the 13 of March it had a problem so I had to send it back and the person who was helping me said it will take two weeks to be fixed they will send it to where they fix the phones

Today I went to check if my phone if back or not still its not back .... No communication nothing

Truworths Zevenwacht has the worst service ever
