Complain about bad customer service

I have paid my account on Truworths app online on 24 April 2020 the amount paid was to the value of R315 which was my balance then ,as a result that was never updated on their records to date. I have been pushed from pillar to post when enquiring about the progress on my query. I have been to three branches or stores several times which are based in these following areas since beginning of May 2020 to date Germiston,Eastmall ,Mall of the South no tangible feedback received instead i only receive threatening messages from the Company . I m very frustrated want to close the account.
