On the 01.03.2016 I bought a cell phone Sony at Truworths Wonder park on my account I was told to keep the sim card for three months before I can change to other sim card I waited 20 to 25 minutes I asked the MTN sale lady why I am waiting for she told me she is waiting for Network to Rica the sim card after 5 to 10 minutes she told me to leave she will notify me as soon as possible the card is Rica she never call on the 04.03.2016 I called the store the lines were busy I couldn't get through I called the Truworths head office I told them about the matter I was told to go to the store I went to the store on the 09.03.2016 the sales lady asked me what is the problem I told her the phone read card not read she said but mama the card is not Rica she took the to the back when she come back she said to me mama there is a fault we are going to sent the phone to technicians and we will notified you nobody called after a week I call the store to fine out how far is the phone I was told the phone is still with the store the pickup is not done yet I called the head office now I received sms from IMEI asking me to pay R1290.80 to rejectR330.00 please assist
