Complain

Hi Peter, I have a concern regarding truworths Northam, I bought a watch, the belt of the otherside get loose, I take the watch back with a warrant certificate as I was told i should keep it, I receive a call from the shop told that I have to add extra cash for the belt to be replaced. I refuse to do that because it was still under warrant. The watch was sent back to the shop, my belt watch is not in good condition, and i am forced to believe that the watch have been fixed. Such a stubborn employee by the name of Arnold, he is insisting that the watch have been fixed
