Compain

I went to make a return, goods that were bought on a gift card and the difference i used my debit card. Upon arrival i was told that they cannot credit the clothes back as i threw the gift card. After that the manager on duty by name of Adolph asked the lady who was assisting me to call head office, she was told that they are offline so they can't assist me. Im dissatisfied that i drove all the way to the store to just make that, return. And they failed to assist. I left the clothes in the store i will never shop at truworths stores ever again.
