Colour Fading on Truworths Cargo Pants

Dear Truworths Customer Care Team,

I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor quality of Truworths cargo pants that I purchased approximately one and a half years ago.

I bought 6 cargo pants in various colours and have been worn and washed and dried themunder normal conditions. Unfortunately, I have noticed severe and premature colour fading specifically in the crotch area on all of them, while the rest of the fabric remains largely unaffected. This type of isolated fading suggests a fabric or dye durability issue rather than normal wear and tear.

Given the price point and brand positioning of Truworths, I expected these garments to maintain acceptable colour consistency and durability for longer than 18 months. The fact that the same defect has occurred on six pants raises concerns about the quality of the fabric.
