Good day,
I had an account with YDE which I had assumed had been closed when I was on Debt Review. In December, I got an email from debt collectors, Easton Bury saying I owed R213 which I needed to pay. On the 09th January, I paid a sum of R250 in an effort to clear this account.
I have been asking for a statement breakdown to send through to the credit bureaus showing that I have finished paying this account and I am still not getting a response - 10 days later. Every request is ignored and they keep wanting to charge me for this.
Please could I just a paid up letter AND the statement breakdown.

We have reviewed your account and according to our records, your debt review was terminated, and therefore there was still a small balance reflecting on the account.
We are however pleased that the amount due has in the interim been settled in full. Further to this, we were also informed by our Legal Department that a letter confirming this was sent to you on 18 January 2018. An instruction to update your profile accordingly was also sent to all credit bureaus.
