Clothing not delivered

I ordered some items online during the black friday sale at Truworths.Im sad to say that they only delivered two items out of the total order.What irks me even further is that I wrote to them on tweeter to enquire about the whereabouts of my order initially and they asked me to furnish my ID number which I did.In this first instance they tracked my order and told me its at the store only to find two items.month end December I wrote to them again and suddenly I was a third party in my own account.They said they cant discuss the details with a "third party".I was surprised.Moreover told to call the call centre.They are taking me for granted really now.If they can debit my account and not let me know where my clothes are then I might as well stop paying them.Their customer care on twitter is really not caring for the customers.
