Clothes are not acceptable at truworths without slip

For the past 2 days I have been trying to return the pants that my mom bought for my son on a laybye. The pants are small. 2 weeks ago I had to return an item that was on the slip because it was also small at truworths vaal mall. Vaal mall kept the original slip. Not realizing that I'm gonna need it later. Now I'm stucked with a small jean that no truworths shop wants to take. I have the laybye slip but they say it's not acceptable.

Honestly if truworths does not want to take the jean without slip what do they expect me to do with it I was told if it was an account at least they where going to trace it. So now I must suffer for not having a truworths account. I'm very disappointed at truworths, it's a big retail business that does not accomodate customer for returns without slip or account.

I'm sorry to compare but with woolworths you will never experience such things. It was the last time I purchase anything at truworths. The business does not want to take risks, we must take risk for them unbelievable.
