closing time

the website says open until 7pm I though because of lockdown maybe they'll be open until 6pm I get there by 17h20 and they closed the staff that were outside tell me they close at 17h00 frustrated I needed my clothing i ordered online before Saturday how does truworths cater for someone that works unti 5pm.
