Closing this truworths account

Last week I had placed an online for some shoes . A week later and I am still waiting. When I went into the store to do a follow up as to where the shoes are I was assisted by Zikhona she had told me nothing has arrived not once did she bother to even ask for my details to check if anything had come in . No details were taken so how does she know what she is looking for ? Store manager Bongani didn't even bother to assist and when I requested for a number for head office she went to the back took about 5 minutes to go and look for a number . What is so sad is that you guys .. and by that I mean Truworths were so keen to take my money for the shoes ... shoes of which I don't even have but I have paid for it . This is ridiculous. The moment I receive those shoes , I am refunding them. I am closing this account. I can go and spend my money else where to a store who wants to assist customers . Another thing your staff should behave as if they want to work there right now that doesn't seem like it !
