closing account soon

I have an account with Truworths and every month i get debited and my daughter got a gift last month from a friend. The gift was too small for her and when I called the customer care to advise them of my problem as the tag is still there but there is no receipt. They advised me to contact the store itself so that they can escalate the issue and we went to the store and the store manager spoke to the area manager but the area manager refused to help. The only thing I was is to upsize that's all and they saw the jacket and saw it was still in perfect condition and i am even considering closing my account as i need help for just a simple upsize i dont get.
