Closed and paid account but still not updated

Never ever open an account with Truworths they are ********s I closed and paid my Truworths account in store but they still show on my credit score that I didn’t pay I paid at the Glen mall Truworths store I am a single mother and a student this is so unfair because I can’t even do my things now because of them how do I clear my name please
