Close My Account Today!!!

Please close my account. I had No. o*** which was purchased in December and one of the dresses was never delivered Black Pod Utility Poplin Dress. I was told to bring back the delivery notes which I don't have anymore. Truworths greenstone still has the dress. I was interrogated by the Melrose branch as well asking about a perfume. So, I have taken a decision to close the account.The whatsapp platform is not user friendly at all no one responds
