Client service skills were horrible

My dad got a call from a client service personnel by the name of Sbongile Dube, who was rude and providing incorrect information as an employee of Truworth. He told my dad that he has areas and when my dad tried to explain that he made a payment late but paid more than his monthly installment Sbongile harshly said " you can't keep asking me which areas because I am telling you what I see", he insited he needs to make an arrangement for next month which my dad further explained that it was his first minor problems and to his understanding one has to male arrangements if they are behind with installment but sbongile rudely told him he was misinformed and he insisted for my dad to tell him the date arrangement..I will strongly advise my dad who has been with this account for almost 20 years to close this account because it's a very unprofessional manner.. instead of him rendering an apology after noticing payment is reflecting he says" since you don't want to make arrangement and we are running put of time bye" we will be writing an official complaint
