Click and collect at Truworths is the w
I thought click and collect meant click and collect but it seems as if its click and will let you collect when it suits truworths.

30 Jul 2020, 16:37the information I got from your agent did confirm my concerns and believe that its important for the correct information be made available to customers e.g selecting a shop does not necessarily mean that all items are in that shop for click and collect as during the online buying it appears as if you are buying from a particular outlet but that seems not to be the case.
