claim to sell quality products

i bought shoes at truwoths maponya mall, wearing them for the second time. I am attending a workshop at menly. I stand up going to the bathroom and I realize a funny sound to discover the back part has de-attached. And yet the shop claims to be selling quality items. I have not paid for the shoes. I am beyond angry and annoyed. So i must must walk around with a shoe like this until. I return home look for the receipt and return the shoes......wow LTD brand
