Chgarged for 2 dresses instead of one

I bought a dress in December 2015 at Truworths for R775.00. When I got my statement in January 2016, I saw that I was charged for 2 x dresses. I phoned and the person on the line told me that they will correct the amount outstanding.
I paid on 31 December 2015 an amount of R365.00 and then again on 27 January 2016 an amount of R200.00, so my balance at the end of January should be R210.00. I understand that I need to pay my account in 6 months time.
This week I got numerous phone calls and sms's from Truworths that my account was in arrears. As far as I am concerned, I was not in arrears at all, I could not understand why I received one phone call after another and countless sms's.
On Friday 12 February, I paid R360.00 just to get rid of this account. I am unhappy with the situation!!
Hello SylviadR,

Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to clarify your concerns.

We have reviewed your account and can verify that two orders were placed in our store for the same dress in two different sizes.

Following our telephonic conversation, you have confirmed receipt of one of these dresses; the second dress was credited to your Truworths account on 14 January 2016. Further to this we wish to advise that the arrears on your account occurred due to a short payment for the installment that was due by 02 February 2016.

Our intention with sending the arrears communication is to inform customers of their account status as their credit worthiness is an asset. We regret that it was not perceived as such.

We are pleased to confirm that your account has been settled in full and is currently reflecting a credit balance.

Please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or via email on *** should you have any further enquiries.

Kind regards,

Lynn
