Cheated of a R150 voucher

on the 26th of June 2019 i purchased a Truworths Man travel bag on account at Truworths Kimberley. The bag was R460 and it had a tag of R150 OFF promotion written: Get a free R150 off fashion voucher when you purchase one of these bags. Today i went to Truworths Kimberley to redeem that voucher tag only to be told that it does not appear on the system and that the cashier was suppose to give me a print out voucher. I felt cheated because the reason i bought that bag was that discount voucher of R150. It is not my fault if Truworths cannot train its staff properly now they want to blame me that the voucher tag that came with the bag is not valid, only the ones printed from their system is valid. I demand that Truworths redeem this voucher or i return the bag because the voucher was the main reason i made that purchase. My account number is *** and i had this account for fourteen years and this is the treatment i get as a loyal customer. After paying this account im closing it. No more business with Truworths ever again.
