Chase the business away!
I come to the Tygervalley store to buy perfume and you tell me to go to Edgars as you don’t have a price. I am a customer for about 20 years. Great customer service!!

We were concerned to read about your experience and therefore immediately contacted the Manager of the respective store.
We were informed that on the day of your visit to the store, there were two promoters working in the Cosmetics Department, not actually staff in the department but promoters.
We have discussed your experience with the relevant Store Manager, who has in the interim been in contact with you to discuss your concerns raised as the service you received is not acceptable to us at all.
We thank you for giving us the opportunity to attend to your concerns, and are pleased to confirm that this matter has been acceptably resolved.
