CHARGED R400 INTEREST FOR NOT CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AFTER PAYING IT UP
I paid R4200 in cash December 2016 to close my account at Truworths. 8 months later they call me telling me they handed me over to Creditwox and I ask for what???? And they said well you didn't ask us to close your account after you paid it up so we charging you cause your account is active?????????? So today my name is at Transunion coz I owe an account that I haven't used for the past 9 months. Truworths you are ******** innocent South Africans to grow your business today I want to expose you!!!!!
