CHANGING MY DEBIT ORDER WITHOUT MY CONCENT
Truworths has decided to change the debit order details of my account without my consent, what bothers me is that if i didn't notice this and the payment bounced, i would be liable for the bank fees. This is completely unacceptable. We had an agreement of when you can debit my account and take the installment but now that agreement has changed and I'm the last to know about it?
