Change 6 month plan
I needed to change my payment plan from 6 months to 12 months. But when i contacted the call centre, an agent advised me that I can only do so after my next purchase at the Truworths Store. So i did go to Truworths and before paying, i asked whether i could change to 12 months. But i was told that it is not possible. I dont understand. Because if I can change from 12 months to 6 months. Then why cant i change from 6 months to 12 months. I really need some one to give me a proper reason for this.

We confirm that that you have been informed that we are only permitted to change a customer’s payment plan option, if the request is received within 30 days from the last purchase made.
Following your telephonic conversation with one of our consultants, we can confirm that a request has been made to transfer your last account purchase amount, to the twelve months interest bearing payment plan, as requested.
In future, prior to each purchase made, we kindly advise that you clearly indicate which payment plan you want it to be on.
