CELL PHONE NOT WORKING

I bought a phone at Truworths on the 11/02/2025 at 4:30pm and when I was at home trying to use the phone I discovered that this phone has got a problem it is very slow it keeps on freezing I cant even answer calls, Then on 13/02/2025 I went back to Truworths since the phone was still new and mind you I haven't exceeded 7days so they were suppose to give me another phone but they refused they said they dont do that but they have to take the phone back for repairs and thats total unacceptable because the phone was still new with no scratches and I didn't use it.

I am very disappointed
