after long Services with this company unfortunately I will be terminating my service with them, after purchasing a cell phone at thier store in Alex Mall which did not even last for 2 months before is start giving me problem I was told that they can't fix phonethey did not fix phone even though is stil under warrantee I was told to bring headset for them to fix the phone I don't Wana talk abt their ****** regional manager I was told I cnt get assistance

And when I book my phone for service they told me it will be fixed

Reginal manager is so resist he has anger towards black customers

They told to communicate with Mtn as if I bought phone from Mtn

To my suprise the employee they are even aware of this issues as I am not the only customer who complain

Please refrain from MTN CELLPHONE AT TRUWORTHS SHOULD IT GVES YOU PROBLEM THEY WON'T ASSIST ESPECIALLY IF YOU BLACK.
