Causing negative impact on my credit profile

Truworths is such terrible when it comes to customer service all they know is to make you look bad on ITC, if you miss a payment they are very quick to update you credit profile however when you make a payment they do not update it. Truworths please update my profile as much as you update it when I miss a payment please
