Card!a!

Avout over a month i wrote about waiting for my account card then a few weeks later i received a card from truworths and it had a different persons name on. I thought that it was an honeat mistake, i cut the card up and threw it again and let it slide as I was advised that I would wait about 2-3 working days. Its been more than 2-3 weeks ams yet i still have not received my account card. This is so annoying as I dont even want to buy on my account as I dont have my card and also i am not by the means to show my id at a store counter.
