Card not yet received and it has been months already...

My application for a truworths account was approved back in early February of this year and when I signed the agreement I was informed that my card will be posted to me. As of yet I have not received it. Did several enquiries regarding the matter and each time was assured that said card had been posted.

I am aware that the problem is with the Post Office, but surely this is not an isolated case which Truworths must be aware of. To be honest, my nerves are shot, what if it "gets lost" and someone uses it. How do I prove it wasn't me? Would I be held liable?

This is very risky on their part and after three months of waiting (and stressing) I am done. First thing tomorrow I am closing the account.
