Can't purchase with out ID

I went to purchase an item at value of R440 with my credit of +R14 000. I was turned back, because I don't have my Truworth card (which they never gave me) and/or ID with me (which I lost previous Saturday with my driver's license). So I gave them my temporary driving license and my old driver's license both with my face, but still I can't purchase🥺.

So this means, till I have my ID and my driver's licence I will never use my Truworth account. That is so inconvenient and disappointing. As much as I know authentication is important mostly to protect me and my account but the documents I provided were enough to prove my authentication. That on its own is giving me a deep thoughts to close this account this month end, I can't keep an inconveniencing account in my name. Now I had to think again where I am gonna get a gift for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. Mxm so bored.....
