Cannot purchase or get assistance with an item

I have been contacting the branch at East rand mall for them to please confirm stock and keep a pair aside for me to pay and collect, I am left on hold then cut off, I call back and I ask them to please check and get back to me, no one does. Online, your system does not send through the 1 time password so I can purchase it on my account, also been trying since Friday last week, and I urgently need the item by Friday this week the 16 December 2022
