Cannot access my account.

I don't understand why @Trueworths Mamelodi Crossing would not accept my Drivers Licence (expired) to take clothes on my account which I will be paying for, that's the same drivers licence I used to open the very same account just the day before.

If I cannot find my lost ID document does that mean I will not be able to get the things that I want? There is room for improvement at that store and how some things should be handled and addressed. Not impressed at all.
