Cancelled order

Do not buy online at Truworths. I placed an order, received a confirmation email. After a while I received an sms that the order was cancelled. After that an sms that it is in process. Online it showed rejected. Phoned them to enquire and they said they cancelled it because the prices were incorrect on the site. If I go to a store they have to honor the price on the item why not them? Said someone from legal should phone me - weeks later nothing. Rather use someone else as they do not care about customer service
