CANCELLED ORDER BUT NOT EXPLAINED WHY

my order online cancelled without any explanation and it is 2 days before my birthday. and to get credit back one is saying 24 hours and supervisor Sarzana Shaigh the service supervisor said its 72 hours and she can not help me at all. I'm extremely disappointed with the service they have afforded me. i am due to fly out the country to celebrate my birthday with the item i have bought online using Truworths now i have nothing. it is appalling. I WILL NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH SUCH SERVICE
