Can we trust the truworths employees on the counters???

I went to Truworths eloff street johannesburg, i was going to pay my account. When i got there the cash system was not working. I had to go upstairs but still it was not working, but an employee wth no: ********** asked me to go to downstairs so that he can help me, we went back. I took out R1000 on my pocket and i counted it, he counted it again and then processed and gave me a slip. I didn't look at the till slip because i had alot of plastics. When i got home i checked the till slip then i realised its R800 not R1000 i called the store they asked the guy but he said it was R800 and that i must wait for the cash to be counted which takes weeks. I was so very disapointed and this is the 1st time i experienced this. And the lady on the fone informed me that there are no cameras and i was shocked very... I'll settle my account and close my truworths account
