CAN'T FIND ITEM IN BROCHURE
Good day

I received a booklet (also online) with my account. I've been to various shops trying to find the bronze/gold gladiator sandals as advertised on page 5. NO one can assist me unless I've got a style number, where must I get this if the booklet doesn't have it. I've called the call center (hold on for more than 12 minutes) with no luck and then they say it is not available however the booklet says in stores from 25 September, send e-mails with the photo.

What must one do to get assistance to order the sandals or at least get an indication where the sandals might be?

Maybe next time you can print a brochure with the style number etc included?
