Can someone check the POP email address and do the right thing

It is now three months and truworths is still failing to allocate the money deposited into their account.Instead of checking the pop email for proof of payments sent ,they are busy calling and texting me everyday and naming me as a bad payer on clear score.But it is all well truworths,since I'm a bad payer according to you I will make sure no family of mine will buy from you and I hate truworths with passion,cant wait to settle the account and never see you again
