Can CEO PLEASE HANDLE

Truworths I wrote to you same on helopeter 28 Nov and you said you are updating my account till now nothing

I settled my account with Truworths and Legal department confirmed same and closer of account, suddenly DMC are advising me to pay same amount I have paid Truworths when I ask for my credit bureau to be updated, You emailed in writing confirmation of payment and closer of account, pls sort urgently. I have reached out to DMC, I dont know if the lady is trying to trick me she keeps ignoring my request and just telling me about payment plans
