Call centre harassment

Once again i write to complain about the harassment from your call centre. Ive been a loyal customer for 30 years. i complained 6 months ago about similar treatment from your callcentre. I pay every month, not always on time but for heavens sake, can you not train your staff to be considerate and see the bigger picture?

If your customer is not paying at all yes, call them. You must have hundreds of thousands of customers.

i short paid in January and they call me 3 or more times a day. When i did answer and asked what i owed it was R96. MY WHOLE ACCOUNT IS R96!

I have not missed a payment.

Out of principle i have not paid this measly amount. Even afteri lost my temper, after I told the girl calling that i cant believe they harass and bully a loyal customer over R96 and to rather focus on customers who DONT PAY REGULARLY and who owe hundreds or thousands of Rands, i still ot 4 more calls today.

Can you not train your staff to focus on the bigger picture and show more respect and consideration with regular and loyal customers.

Im sick and tired of your lack in customer service.

You surely have lost your plot.

worst company ever to deal with.

I have accounts with both Edgars and woolworths, who have never disrespected me or invaded my privacy with relentless calls for payment...

and especially not over R96!!

Educate your stafff. I think they are spiteful.
