Call-Centre Agents

I am writing this review on behalf of an elderly lady whom was so badly harassed by a call centre agent re her account. The treatment and utter disrespectful attitude can be directly linked to bullying and haressment. They believe that they are above the law WHICH THEY ARE NOT! You should remember that these clients might have really valid reasons for why they are in the position they find themselves in. You need to respect people and you will be respected. Shame on you with your bad behavior and bullying!!
