Bunch of online skelems!

Ordered a 3 pack of braziers in June, they sent the wrong size, took a month to get a courier here to collect and now a month later I have still not been refunded for the goods they took back nor the courier costs for their error. 2 months later still no refund or even a follow up call, I'm sick of the apologies, I will never ever buy from Truworths online ever again. This was my first online purchase with them, what an utter disaster from the beginning. Save yourself the trouble and shop at places like Takealot that can actually do what they say and you get that you pay for. Feel like Truworths online are a bunch of *******. Where is my money???? You messed up my order, you got your goods back, now I am short the goods and my money... double ******* man! Order number: O***. Spoke to Diego, Ashley, Elephelese, Kanyisa, Cevlin.... the list is endless. Full of sorries and empty promises the entire department! Sorry has not returned my hard earned money!
