BULLIES, *********** AND PATHETIC SERVICE 😒 😤

My experience with the courier company that Truworths is using to deliver parcels for us as customers was a nightmare hence should be reviewed...considering that there are so many bad reviews here on hello Peter and Google it is evident enough to say the company and its workers have no respect or whatsoever for the customers/ clients let alone their image as a company's..We can't be Bul**** by Courier it! Drivers who are *********** yet I have paid for their services...My truworth order took two weeks to reach me...on top of that I have been calling courier it to check why aren't they delivering my order...they have a nerve to lie....just on the day when the guy had to deliver my order ...he first foned me and alerted that he has my parcels and will be delivered on that day....second call he made he is now yelling at me telling me that he has no time I should run to the gate and meet him coz he won't have time to enter the premises and deliver my parcels or else they'll be delivered tomorrow..after waiting for such a long time...the nerve to give me that kind oof attitude was a shock..The guy continued to shout and yell at me when I came out to collect my order..he mentioned that in future he will make sure that he further delays my parcels on purpose....what kind of service is this?...why are we being subjected to such bullying yet we pay for good services ?..the tracking record shows that my order has been loaded for delivery but later i would receive a message stating that my order will not be delivered for two weeks this has happened
