BS Service

very disapointed with the service i received after i opened my account at the Truworths Store in Chatsworth center, i mean if you can't assist people, why not just close the store and not open at all. reciving no service is definitely better than what i received and this happened while i had someone special with me. i had to wait for a manager for 30minutes as if i didn't have anything better to do. owh! and i ended not even speaking to the manager. i wish i had opened an account with a different store.
