Broken shoe stitching

To whom it may concern

I bought a black platform shoein December which i only wore once. I wore the shoe again today for the second time and the stitching fell apart. Im angry because today i had a presentation and this whole shoe debacle made me look holistically unprofessional infront of senior management. I pay so much money at truworths because i trust the brand. If this is the current standard im afraid i will be closing my account and preferably buy clothes and shoes from cheaper retailers. Obviously the price of items is directly proportional to quality.
